Groundworks are the part you do not see, but everything else sits on them. Get the levels right and the base solid, and what follows goes up without problems.

Concrete and foundations

Bases, slabs, floors, foundations and footings, poured to spec.

We dig, form and pour to spec, then finish the surface level and hard-wearing. Levels are checked before anything is poured, from a shed base to a building's footings.

Drainage and ducting

Surface, foul and land drainage, soakaways and service runs.

Water has to go somewhere. We lay drainage to the right falls and put in soakaways where the ground allows.

Ducting and service runs go in before the surface goes down, so nothing needs digging up later.

Car parks and hardstanding

Car parks, tarmac, driveways and plant bases, with muck away.

We dig out, then lay and compact a proper sub-base before surfacing it to suit the use, from a home driveway to a commercial car park. Spoil is loaded and taken away as we go.
