Getting the site ready to build

Everything that has to happen before the main build can start.

We take a plot from as-found to development-ready as one package, with our own plant and one team accountable for the whole stage.

Clear

Site clearance, vegetation and tree removal, and muck away.

First we open the site up. Trees, hedges and scrub are cleared, structures and hard surfaces stripped out, and surplus spoil taken away.

Our excavator-mounted hydraulic shear makes quick, safe work of trees and heavy growth.

Shape

Earthworks, levelling, temporary access and haul roads.

With the site clear, we cut and fill to bring the ground to level. Then we put in stone access and haul roads so deliveries and plant can work from day one.

Secure

Site perimeter fencing and tree protection fencing.

We close the site off with secure perimeter fencing. Retained trees and their root zones get protective fencing, so they come through the build unharmed.
